Just wanted to say a massive thank you for helping me out answering any questions when Daniel and I first viewed the venue. Needless to say we both loved the place, ticking all our boxes! I have people telling me they loved the wedding venue with all the amazing features. And another thank you to Allen to taking us through the next stage of layout and planning and ensuring it all ran smoothly on the night. And a third thank you to the chef, the food was amazing! And there was plenty of it too, it was so good. Also for getting my in-laws home safely when their taxi was a no show. I still have people saying how they had a great night, thank you for it all.
Recently we held my mother’s 90th birthday party at Wattle Park Chalet – a venue we chose because it was where she enjoyed her 21st birthday celebration all those years ago! The setting was stunning! All the guests commented on the beautiful garden in which we enjoyed canapĂŠs, drinks and listening to my sister’s quartet play light classics. Apart from the beautiful ambience, we were very happy with the professionalism, responsiveness and charm of the staff. We were pleased with the menu selections we had made from an excellent selection. Those on special diets commented on the tastiness of their food. It was great to be able to have on sight all the equipment we needed to run the slide show, do the speeches etc. The whole Wattle Park Chalet experience is one which I’d thoroughly recommend as it provided the most wonderful birthday celebration possible.
The food was great, healthy and a good combination of the vegetarian choices, everyone loved the food. Service was excellent, all on time and with ease. The service by your chef and staff was exceptional and very accommodating. It was great to know that you were available for any enquiries on the day and prior to the event, this always makes events run smoothly, so thank you. I want to thank you in particular and the staff there for making it an extremely enjoyable day for us. Many thanks for making it a huge success.
I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and your team for a fantastic night and experience in general. I especially would like to thank Allen for all his work in the lead up and on the night. Nothing was too much trouble for him and being in the events industry myself he was an absolute pleasure to work with! Great wedding venue. We were so pleased when we first met with the co-ordinator as they listened to our vision for our wedding and came through with everything we wanted. It was a seamless service, the food was great and plenty of it!! We had a fabulous day. Definitely recommend Wattle Park Chalet!
The team at Provincial events were easy to deal with and were willing to accommodate any of our needs. The food and service on the wedding day was fantastic and made it easy for us to feel relaxed and at ease. We would highly recommend using Wattle Park Chalet for any of your wedding receptions.
Just had a look at the page, while reminiscing. .. We had our wedding reception there on 1st April 1978!!! Yes, 42 years ago! Was a perfect setting and looks like still is - wow. While pregnant with our first son, 25 yrs ago, we had Devonshire tea there for anniversary, and then son was born on 4 April 1995. I think we should go back and take the 2 sons with us soon! So nice to see your pics and go down memory lane. ... đ
Julie FletcherCouldn't have asked for a better venue to have the reception for my wedding. They were very helpful and responsive, even on weekends and were very flexible with eveything so that we could have the perfect day. The venue is beautiful, from the gardens to the table set up everything was set out perfect to the tee and I couldn't fault them on anything. Food was delicious, service was excellent, venue is beautiful... everything you could want for a successful wedding reception, would definitely recommend!

Charles BalnavesWe had our wedding at Wattle Park Chalet and it was more beautiful than I could have imagined. The garden ceremony was the perfect place for us to say "I do" and the Chalet created a wonderful atmosphere for our family and friends to enjoy. The garden and surrounding grounds of the Chalet were fantastic back drops for our photos, however the balcony, warm timbers and superb fairy lights inside the Chalet added that something special to the rest of our photos. I highly recommend the staff at Provincial Events, from our first impromptu meeting we knew we would really get looked after! During the planning and preparations we had support at every step, and it only increased during our day, the staff were across every detail, checking in only when needed doing everything behind the scenes so the day was seamless. A week later our guests are still talking about our wedding day, the food seemed endless, the wine lovely, the staff amazing helpful. I can honestly say I had my dream wedding, and its with thanks to Wattle Park Chalet and the team at Provincial Events. Highly recommended any function here, and I am already looking for another occasion to do it all again!!

Karen LeeI wholeheartedly cannot thank Ray, and the staff at Wattle Park Chalet enough. They went above and beyond to organise such a beautiful day for my mothers wedding. My mum has a terminal brain cancer, and all she wanted to do was get married before she passes. I met with Ray and he was very accommodating from the start and even after the event, and was always understanding of our needs. Being a small family event, they helped with all the small details and catered to us extremely well, and made sure to go above and beyond to make the day so special. Everyone who attended, thought the venue was so beautiful and the event itself so touching. My whole experience with the team was brilliant and they helped me make my mums dream come true. My Step father, my family and I cannot thank you enough for giving us such a memorable day that we will cherish for years to come. Thank you again.

A beautiful, airy venue with fantastic surrounds of the classic Australian bush, along with some trams and playgrounds to keep guests entertained. The team at Wattle Park Chalet were friendly, patient and professional through every step of the process, from the initial meeting, to the planning sessions all the way through to their wonderful serving staff on the night. A beautiful closed off garden area for a ceremony, with enough space for guests to mingle whilst having lawn games out made the time between the ceremony and reception fly by. Sue TWe had our wedding reception here in March 2019 and we couldnât have been happier with the venue. The space was perfect for our 160 guests, and the private garden was a lovely addition on a day with beautiful summer weather. The staff on the night were diligent and worked so hard to make sure the event went smoothly. Nathan worked hard to make things easy for us, and catered for all of our needs and requests. He was flexible and thoughtful, and we felt very well looked after in the busy lead-up to the big day. We were so pleased and canât recommend Wattle Park Chalet highly enough.

Many of our guests commented on how lovely the garden and chalet were. It felt like we were in the countryside, but without the travel. Nathan was easy to deal with, and very helpful.
